On august, 22 (2009) at the Redemptorist Church of Immaculate Virgin Mary in Lviv the Archbishop of Lviv Ihor Vozniak ordinated Br. Ihor Paviy, CSsR to Deacon.

Every year on August, 19 in the feast of Transfiguration of Our Lord Jesus Christ the redemptorist brothers begin novitiate and swear monk vows of purity, poverty and obedience.

On may, 16 (2009) at the day of transition of St. Theodosius Pechersky the Archbishop of Lviv Ihor Vozniak at the church of St. Josaphat ordinated on deacons two redemptorists Brs. Bohdan Heleta and Anton Nikolayev.

On may, 10 (2009) in Ivano-Frankivsk at the Redemptorist Church of Virgin Mary Tireless Assistance was celebrated the Liturgy where the archbishop Volodymyr Viytyshyn ordinated four deacons on priest ministry. Among them were two redemptorists - Volodymyr Yurkevych and Yuriy Antoniy Meush.

On may, 9 (2009) at the St. Alphones Monastery in Lviv the first St. Alphons Footbal Cup was hold. At the Cup took part teams from redemptorist parishes of St. Josaphat (Lviv), St. Ap. Peter and Paul (Novoyavorivsk), Protecting Veil of Mother of God (Kokhavyno), Assumption of Virin Mary (Ternopil) and St. Josaphat (Kamyanets-Podilskyi).
